Glanville is a multi-disciplinary engineering, surveying & design consultancy. Our brief was to develop a strategy that enabled sustainable growth.
Working with the Board we conducted a thorough situation analysis, identified short, medium & long term goals, and developed a strategic marketing approach that focuses on three key foundations: Business Development, Internal Marketing, Brand & Reputation. This involved developing a clear Vision, Mission and Values for the organisation and a comprehensive 12 month marketing plan for implementation, looking at through the line activity from events to CRM systems. We are now acting as their marketing department to implement this plan.
